By means of the Integration Module students will learn to integrate methodical skills with specialized knowledge. Cooperation in small groups of students will improve learning and increase the quality of the outcomes.
This year`s topics are risk and uncertainty. Risk is a multidisciplinary concept that is utilized in the management of a multitude of sustainability issues and is commonly distinguished and perceived in a multitude of widely differing ways. Risk may for instance be resulting from natural, technologic or chemical hazards. This have implications on sustainability, which may be compromised due to environmental risk, economic risk or societal risk.
