This seminar is taking stock of the state of peace and governance on the African continent. It is addressing the current dynamics of implementing the African Peace and Security Architecture (APSA) as well as the African Governance Architecture (AGA). We will make extensive use of primary resources and analyse current controversial debates around issues such as peace-keeping, the ICC, third-term debates, financial dependency, etc.
